QMDI Plate Washer Device

Does anyone have an exploded diagram of the parts for the plate washer device.

My problem is that the lower ratcheting part that winds the used cloth is frozen from fluid/corrosion in the brass and I need to see how to take it apart and fix it. I see a little plug with a spring behind it and I removed this, just do not know if this mechinism gets pressed out....Any advise on how to fix this would be appreciated.
