Problems Printing PDF's on Xerox 1000

Hi All,

Our new 1000 Fiery Rip has issues processing some PDF files even when it uses the PDF engine.

Pdf x 1a or 4a files just stop at the processing stage and gives me no error or does not timeout with an error, I'm forced to restart the server to clear the job??

I even preflight the job with no problems found also the same PDF went to press on my CTP workflow which is Adobe PDf engine with no errors.

Anyone having this or similar problem??
