Problem printing color on Canon C3200

From looking at your prints I suggest a new ITB and replacing drums if at 150% or more life...other than a mechanical failure of parts or a bad board type situation if you replace the drums, ITB assembly, ITB cleaning blade and have a GOOD fuser, an empty waste toner bottle and use OEM toner and previously mentioned parts that should put your machine back to like new image quality...and note I said ITB assembly not just the belt, they wear out and can cause image quality issues from wear and tear...
