Printmaster 74 stops idle run around 265 degrees every time

Hi
Our PM74 stops after some time around 265 degrees every time. Even after changing the main motor encoder no difference. Serial no. PM740501.

can u please check the errors in service display ?
dyn/init test ?
t=0

some photos need !

clarify,problem coming in which of the following ?
inching?
running? or
crawling ...?

did u checked the belt tension?

check the encoder plugs?for pins damage ?

any other sounds from main motor while running ?


normally this is comes from only motor encoder .
