printmaster 46-2 Special Function 19

Running envelopes I get alot of late sheet errors and the envelope is allways in the back cylender gripper so I tried turning off sheet monitoring with sf-19, but it still shuts off with late sheet errors. I cleand the eye and adjusted sheet travel and everything else I could think of, new suckers, feed wheels, space time continuum! Any ideas on this?

what about sheet length monitoring? on/off

 

Well, isn't sf19 the sheet monitoring? I went to special function 19 and turned it off.

 

there is a sheet monitor which directly links to the impression kicking on/off sf19, then there may be a sheet length monitor which tells the machine the paper has misfed. some machines use sf18 for this monitor.
