Printer Recommendations Required A4 (cut) Static Cling Media

Hi all, I'm new to static cling and am looking to print photographic quality onto a durable and reusable A4 transparent static cling media. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm ideally looking for quick easy and cost effective A4 output. The ability to shape cut around the outputted file would be advantages but not if this effects the costs dramatically.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
