Printer recommendation

My company does a lot of work with CDs and DVDs (i.e. DVD Case covers, CD jewel case inlays/covers, etc.). Most of our printing needs are printed offset on 100# gloss book (1,000+). Lately, we've been getting a lot of short run jobs (50 - 500 pcs.) and I want to start doing this all in-house.

Anyone here have any recommendations on a printer we could purchase to fulfill our needs?

Volume - 4 or 5 jobs a week (50 - 500pcs. each job)
budget - $2k or 3K?
