The AFC 1600 Liquid Lamination Flood Coater is compatible with most roll-to-roll solvent, eco-solvent and pigmented inkjet printers. The AFC liquid coating systems are the most advanced technologies to protect inkjet graphics on vinyl, PSA, non-porous textiles, wet strength wall covering, canvas and other flexible substrates and can also function as flash drying devices for hard-to-dry inks.

These systems provide the most durable finishes that will not bubble, or separate like film laminates. They are the most cost effective solutions as well; coating costs range from 2 cents to 26 cents per square foot, depending on application and coating used. The system is designed for high-output environments and will coat an entire roll of material in under 30 minutes.

This equipment was acquired new in July 2007, and has been virtually un-used in a print production test lab ever since. Estimated usage is 16 hours. It is in Pristine Condition; There are no drips, dings or scrapes of any kind.

This unit features dynamic coating technology and uses, a Rotating Mayer Bar and a Recirculation Tank with a Mixing Agitator. The unit includes a #18 Mayer Bar, a spare Pump, two spare IR Bulbs, and an unopened 5 gal container of Valspar Liquid Laminate. Replacement value with freight and tax is $16,700 not considering those extras. I'm offering everything for $11K FOB OBO.
