A bit of a tricky question but I will try my best to explain the issue.
It's to do with the Inline camera and only on the first 4 units. Last 4 have no problems. And also o ly when I use offset and coated stock settings with set up.
Matt coated settings I have no problems with.
When I set up job and take my first pull even though I haven't shown computer the position of color bar, the first 4 units show a reading on the big monitor as if it's almost flattened. Problem is when I finish setting it up and allocate the position of the color bar the next pull it will show its way of target almost double the density.
So I can't use the pqsd on the first 4 on coated and offset stock.
Does anyone have a faint idea why it'd doing it and is there a set up that needs changing.
Or is it something the engineers need to fix.
Much appreciated

I'd save the first pull and the pull that reads high. With a handheld densitometer, measure the same solid patch from one of the affected units on both sheets. Keep the backing and measurement mode the same. If the handheld reading stays steady while the PQS-D reading jumps after you assign the bar, send RMGT service the paired readings and screenshots of the bar position and stock preset. That gives them a specific change to investigate.
