Polyester film issues

Hi Folks,

Ive been trying run polyester film A3 size on igen4 but the paper is jamming in the feeder sensor. its all setted up as a transparncy paper, thickness and so on.

Does it ring any bells?

Has the film got a white strip along the edge so that the iGen can see the sheet? If it is just transparent then the sensors won't pick anything up and the iGen will think it's a misfeed.

Hi iGen4_Fiery,

The film hasnt any strip along the edges and thats why the sensor didnt pick anything up.
Ive glued a white paper on the back along the top and that worked very well.
I was just wondering if would have an easier way to do it anyway.
