Hello, i wonder if you can help. My customer has a Polar N 78 ECO. And this is what is happening:

"Everything run fine for 5-10 cuts then we get this error.
Cut Interrupted
After the Cut Interrupted message, we get function not allowed when we try to hit any button."

1)Please see first if the Input Voltage in his machine is stable, maybe you have 22oVac, ??? or 400Vac, Measure the tolerance for 10% up or down, when this happen, is very Urgently, that you must install STABIZER for the input of machine, otherwise, you must have a LOT of problem, like you have now.
However you can adjust the Primary TAP of main transformer of his machine.

2) Look LEDs for Card KAP
LED Voltage Fuse protection Application
V8 24V= F5 (4A) Supply of ADAD10 card X415.2 - X415.1
V9 45V= F7 (8A) Supply of PS10 X416.3/4 - X416.1/2
V10 24V= F4 (1.5A) Supply of MHS (knife upstroke control X416.12 - X416.11
V11 8V= F4 (1.5A) Supply of MHS (SAP02) X416.10 - X416.11
V12 25V= F8 (10 / 16A) Supply of solenoid valves X416.7/8 - X416.5/6

Look, for dirty, oxide, and loose Fuses( or contacts corroded) see the status LEDs in the instant that problem occur, o.k?
specially the LED V10+V11

you have to Terminate cut, until knife has returned to home position (upper dead centre)
Observe light barrier at the clamp A30
Light barrier at the clamp is not properly recognised.
Check proximity switches of safety bolt / replace them, if necessary (B. SBE +
B. SBA).
Check fixing of safety bolt solenoid (holding angle)
