The polar 137 sometimes leaves what I call weld marks on #100 gloss text paper and lighter. Mostly with heavy ink coverage. A fresh blade change sometimes helps. Strangely the marks are straight, not with the angle the blade runs down it. This causes the paper to stick together and puts ripples in it. I have a Polar 115 and the same job will do fine on it. Only thing I see different about the two cutters is the speed at which the blade travels down. The 137 is much faster. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
