Polar 92ED

Hello everybody,

Recently i replaced the inverter board of the LCD screen of my Polar 92ED cutter. After the board replacement the LCD screen waked up, but now when I turn on the machine an BRK 16 error is displayed in the screen. Does anyone have an idea of this error? I don't have service manual to see this code and want to be sure before disassembling again the whole panel to see if some cable is unpluged or somethink like this.

Hi Carlos:

Look in the board KC the Leds.

KC

V1 red Computer active flashing
V2 red keyboard test active OFF
V6 green power supply ON
V25 red lights up during data exchange between PMS card and KC OFF

2) Look for the ribbon or flat cable, if is o.k, or faulty, and replace, clean very well the edge connector with erase pencil, most of the problem in the electronic, is to due this.
