Polar 92 EM Blade doesn't work

Our Polar blade don't work, pressure is ok but when we try to cut all the electronics freeze and we must restart, is anybody can help me?

No error code, and after i have try to make a cut all the control won't work, all is freeze

Does the clamp move down once you press the cut bottoms?

The pressure clamp works normally, only the knife doesn't work

check for shorts on the brush holder and clutch itself. It's possible that when the clutch trys to engage, a short circuit makes all control voltages drop and freezes the eletronics.

The problem is solved; a faulty hydraulic solenoid was preventing the blade's hydraulic clutch from working and causing the computer to freeze.
