Polar 78 ES error 132

Hello,
I have a Polar 78 ES with a problem. When cutting the knife stops in down position
and an error code 132 is visible on the display. It also shows a text "cutting process interrupted".
The knife have to be turned up again manually.

What does error code 132 mean?

Please read this:-

Error No.: 132
Error Text: CUT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTED
State: ERROR
Cause: Regarding the cutting function, this error signal indicates a dynamic (one-time,
sporadic) "disagreement" of software control and safety control channel of board
SK95. This malfunction can be caused by a defective SK95 board. It is quite
"normal" if this malfunction occurs sporadically.
As of software version V 1.4.0, error # 132 is no longer classified as a "serious"
error in the red window. The new status as an "important hint" is filed in the status
section.
Remedy: - Press cut buttons for a longer time.
- Check SK 95, sensors and cabling of cutting cycle
- Check knife upstroke control
- Check light barrier
- Use auxiliary screens "Input/output control and knife gearbox control" to locate the
malfunction
- Check board SAP and replace it, if necessary
- Check inline relay to the control panel for stacklift (short circuit)
- Check safety bolt; axial play, shatter of switches, switching cam
-KAP (24 V defective)

Poor boy if you do all this. And at the end the problem is just carbon brushes.

This is an old thread and the machine is sold so i did never had a chance to fix the problem.
I still dont know what the problem was.
