Polar 76EM Error code 29

Hi

We have a Polar 76EM and it got the code --29- on the screen. The error appeared when we were about to start the operation and keyed in the measurement and after that the machine froze and did not respond to the keys. After restarting the machine, the error appeared on the screen. The screen has been removed and examined, but we have not found a fault. What could be done about this?

Error 29 means you have a stuck or faulty key on the keyboard

We were able to figure it out and the problem was already fixed. The machine works normally again.
