Polar 76 EM Problems

The back gauge is not 5cm long. When I want to cut a business card, I try to manually rotate it to bring it in. I removed the plate under the clamp, but I guess I had to attach it somewhere, I couldn't find it.

 

Under the front table on top of the electrical cabinet

 

Sometimes the micro switch plastic carrier breaks and the switch sits on top of the electrical box

Picture attached will show issue we are having.
Seems as if the clamp is releasing before the cut is finished - Making a loud noise and blade raises a bit (followed by the picture as a result)
We just replaced the blade less than a week ago.
We also flushed and replaced the hydraulic fluid.
And advice/suggestions would be appreciated.

 

It would appear from your photo that main pressure is not being applied. Do you have a pressure gauge to read pressure applied. Also you say there is is bang when knife is on up stroke. If have seen a similar fault, inside the hydraulic ram their are two Chambers, fast fill and main pressure. Main pressure is applied when a spring operated valve inside the ram moves when back pressure builds up. I would suggest you remove the ram strip down and inspect.
