POLAR 115E show error 654 " No Position Counter Empulses "

Hi... Everyone in this Forum.

I am Charles . I got problem when operates my cutter polar 115E that sometime can show up error 654 " No position counter empulses " . I already check all the cable, all is good.
The backgauge suddenly stop before reach the end.
The error sometime show up when the backgauge move infront, like from size 20" to size 10" measurement.

POLAR 115E show error 654
This is done whenever the actual speed of the backgauge falls below the nominal
speed by 1/8.
Follow this steps:
1) Veryfy setting of frequency converter
2)Mechanical stiffness of backgauge drive, check table spindle.
3) C014: with Lenze Motor=2, others=0. resp. see description of freq. Converter.
4)Check / adjust backgauge drive motor with brake, brake is moving on small
measurements.
5)Check and/or replace the backgauge drive motor with brake. (If the brake
is shaking when dealing with short cutting position, replace the brake)
6) Frequency converter is defective (on machines with TML, check the display,
and compare with error list in frequency converter manual).
