Polar 115 PF - White Screen error

I own a Polar 115 PF paper cutting machine. The problem is when I turn it on, it shows a white screen and making a nonstop beeping noise. I don't know what is happening because I can't find the error code for this issue. Would really appreciate any help to resolve this issue.
