Hello, Okay so the problem I'am having is I go to cut and whether I step on the pedal or use the two cut buttons the clamp will come down but the blade never moves. You can here the hydraulic sound change as if its about to cut but it just doesn't, and then you get the error "maximum cut time elapsed (469)" after a few seconds. I have tried simply restarting the machine, I have checked all circuit boards for burns or evidence of relays burning out and found none. All fuses and breakers are good, belts are good. I'am not sure where to go from here. Anything helps, thanks in advance!

use manometer for to check this
Check circuit P2 (clutch)
- Screw caps of valves Y33 and Y33a have loosened.
- Hydraulic oil is too cold
- Check main clutch (belt, air gap,air core 0,2 - 0,25mm, lining, fouled by oil).
- Mechanical stiffness of knife drive unit.
- Check pressure piston at gearbox

  • Thank you

hey thanks a bunch for your reply Chock! i Have a feeling it might have just been too cold because i tried doing a cut cycle like five times straight to get the fluids moving around and on the sixth try the knife came down and has worked since.

    ok
Try however to bleed air the complete system.
If the system has Air, the cutter Will NOT CUT !!
    Refill the hydraulic fluid.
    Back to me any question
