Hi we installed a new plate machine. It is a Mitsubishi SPD-ECO 1630-r size of rolls are 13 5/16ths x 200ft.
Were having problems with plates stretching In the beginning of the runjobs fit ok, after3000 impressions the 3rd unit where we run the magenta seems to print longer.
Any help would be much appreciated.

They are poly plates. The grippers, packing and blankets are good.

What thickness on the poly? I think there are 2 types. And by nature poly plates will stretch. Best you can do is stretch/tweak plates to fit better. What color rotation are you running? Be sure roller and plate to blanket pressures are within spec too. Have you tried a different color in this unit? This will help pin point press or plates.
