Plate acceptor shutting on my Heidelberg Printmaster QM-46

When I try to put a plate in on the second unit of my Heidelberg Printmaster QM-46, it will go through its 3 or 4 clicks, open for acceptance, then closes on me. What can I do to fix this problem?

Please see if there are +24Vdc in the Solenoids Y1+Y2, if NOT the SVK2 is faulty.
However if they are present, see for the Solenoid if they good possible overheating and replace it or see if the mechanism is defective see for the spring and tight or replace it.. See if there are loose wires.
Test the push button for : worn contacts, or dirty clean it with special contacts cleaner for Electronics.
