outsource short run shirt printing - print then sew shirt? (wraparound design)

    Is there anyplace short runs of custom shirts can be outsourced to that prints the fabric and then cuts and stitches up the shirts? I have a customer who wants a design printed around a tee shirt, not only on the front or back as is common.
