Océ plotwave 300 on MAC

Hi everyone, this is my first thread on this forum, i'm pretty new to the magical and fascinating world of printing.

we have an Océ printer in the office, most of my collegues are on windows i'm the only one on MAC, i can't print directly from my computer using a software (illustrator, photoshop, acrobat pro),what happens is that the computer send data to printer, which start cleaning heads, then after a while it stops without any error message.

we contacted the tech support which is pretty lame i can say, because they do not know what the issue is and they take between 24 to 48 hours to get back to us...

the only way i can print is by using the web interface of the printer accessing it from my browser and even like that i can only print images (jpg, png, tiff) but no pdfs.

the guys using windows it works for them like a charm.

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to make a new post about an Oce printer. Can anyone tell me how to navigate to make a new post so that I can ask some questions - looking for recommendations for a printer for my nonprofit organization.
