We recently reinstall a 2005 HP Indigo WS2000 press. We met a problems on press startup durations.
Anyone share some of ideas to fix, will be appreciated.
    1. The machine can startup properly, the software can upload completely. the software startup dialog and there is no error message.

2, When Machine initialization is complete, a message was pop up: <V6.2.4.i6/138> Turn the press on.

    3. Press the button to active the machine, the machine displays 4 x errors, and then to turn into Standby. displayed:
<V6.2.4.i6/67> Magenta(MPS-2133-42) ink level is too low.
Add imaging oil manually. If happens frequently, contact customer care.
<V6.2.4.i6/67> Yellow(MPS-2134-42) ink level is too low.
Add imaging oil manually. If happens frequently, contact customer care.
<V6.2.4.i6/67> Black(MPS-2121-41) ink level is too low.
Add imaging oil manually. If happens frequently, contact customer care.
<V6.2.4.i6/67> Cyan(MPS-2132-42) ink level is too low.
Add imaging oil manually. If happens frequently, contact customer care.

But, "get ready" button was on gray, Just wonder if something was incorrect, since machine does not heat up, and NO working on ink pump, density, electrical conductivity, temperature.
    density: 0.1, conductivity: 10, Temperature: 25

Check out the machine's status, found nothing wrong.
Also paper feeder path is good, press "paper feed" and "find mark" buttons on feeder section , the paper path can going through in normal.

It's possible that you have I2C bus error... Check the Tmb board if the 5 volt are ok
Have you put 4 liters of imagin oil in each tanks?

If there are bypass key(s) turn them off. Bypass mode lets you work and diagnose on problems. May also help to first re boot press from the wall (main power) and restart. Under "ink or elements" it should give you access to the ink windows and allow you to add control to tank levels via green/red buttons under tank level. Be sure your in "tech" mode or some adjustments will not show in the windows. I come from a 3500-5600 background so this may not help? But almost everything can be bypassed to allow you to work on the press and diagnose.

Thank you for your advices. We fixed problems on ink tanks. but main engine is still not ready for running. also we found an data cable from writing head lost connection. it might be the factor that caused printing unit not ready to run.

We appreciate it if you can provide a wiring diagram of WS 2000 press for reference.

    Thank you.
