Need Help - Duplo DC-645 (rotary score module) Blades Jumping

    we have a problem with our duplo with the blades jumping. they are losing contact with one another. any ideas on why this is happening and how to solve it?

    Any help appreciated. have had absolutely no luck in dealing w/Duplo themselves. thanks.
