Need Help! Black turning on by itself!

Files have been randomly coming out all back when supposed to be color without
me turning black only on. Anybody notice this before?
 
Yes only if I forgot that it was set in the queue to be grayscale..... (freeflow)

and NOT randomly though-thats weird!
