If they don't stock the size you need, the papermill store (or your local supplier often if you have one) will be able to cut it down for you out of a larger size for a cut charge. If you go with heavier gloss, make sure a sample sheet of that weight will print well with your printer before ordering a large enough quantity to have cut.
