i read yours last messages and after this i think that you MUST call someone who will teach you how to operate on QM DI press.
In long term it will be more profitable for you that take good teacher for lessons - than trying it yourself and then calling somebody for parts and help while machine waiting for repairing and don't print. You will pay much more for QM DI parts than for good instructions. Good teacher will tell you all things that are important for your press health. Sorry, but i have got (maybe wrong) feeling that you are on good way to destroy your press. Maybe you just haven't luck with this press but people who sells QM parts will love it.
