Can someone please help?
I am in the middle of moving my digital print shop from one location to another and low and behold I forgot to measure to entry door, and of course my cutter will not fit - Triumph (MBM) 5550-EP.
My questions is how difficult is it to remove the backgauge on the cutter so I can get it through the door?
I removed most of the panels and it looks like the only tricky part is the spindle and some wiring. I would gladly have the company where I purchased it come and do the work, but I am stuck for time, we are opening at 8:30 am Monday morning.
I have spent hours searching online to no avail, and the manual is crap.
If anyone could please help, it would be much appreciated.
