Morgana cardxtra ct620 jamming issues

    Hi hope someone can help I have the Morgana cardxtra it works fine with the hc-1 and dc-1 however when I use the mc-1 business card cutter it suddenly started jamming up for no reason?
    The unit appears to cut on the left hand side and right hand side but not in the middle.
    any help would be greatly appreciated.
