Miller tp 104 plus water stripe

We have a Miller TP104 Early 90 model..
My question is how do you stripe Waterform to Crome roller.. Set switch in front of press to stripe and then what... also I'm trying to run for color paint job mainly Black Solid on 20 pt stock.. getting nothing but slapping on transfer cylinders... and suggestion???
