Media issues

Hello - I'm new to this forum, looking for some help with stock problems.
Trying to get transparencies to run on an image press C7000 - seriously - seams basic I know but I've tried everything I can think of.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks Sean! But, I only have experience with the smaller canons -- I wish I had experience with the c7000, but not yet!

So hopefully someone else will jump in.

 

Cool, I just know you have always come thru like a champ for me, by the way, you wouldn't happen to have some documentation on the setup for the IRC3220 for Windows XP?
