Manroland 500 grippers

Anyone have Roland500's grippers,need to replace 4 colors.about 200pcs above.thanks.
replacement in good quality will be ok.

Please be aware that there was a problem on manroland 500 grippers on year model 2008 and earlier causing premature ware. You will get 60mil imp max. Manroland is aware of the problem and will even assist in the cost for replacing them with new improved ones.

The insruction manual is not writen too mouch about it.
I have man roland 304.

Hi there, you have to plug the hand held in and switch it to active, go down to ink keys on the list ( i cant remember how far down the list) the ink keys will open and close a couple of times, then set them mechanically by turning the motors till you get a thin even film of ink, hit enter on the hand unit and that will store it as the zero postion, make sure there shut down when you start.

 

Hi RolandMan i know this I need deep instructions. When you make panel on a ink unit activ after some start test there is a written some values on each key i dont know what they mean. I know if I can not sucseed electronicaly how to adgust mechanicaly but when I store the values .and exit first they the keys are good and aftter few days they are no equal when i put the from RCI to 0.There must be compleate instructions.
By the way I am planing to buy Roland 504 2006 is it the same with inkkays?
