Magenta is not printing in Bizhub c454e

Magenta is not printing...i am attaching demo page pictures for reference....when last time we switched off machine all day machine printed nicely and nothing bad happens nor anything changes next morning when we start machine print quality is not appropriate after taken demo page i find out machine is not printing magenta. Anyone who knows?
