I recently purchased a photo lab and with it came a lucidiom eq-9800 printer. I have been told it is the same as an oki c9800. My problem is I can only buy the toner and drums from lucidiom and they are taking at least a month to 2 months to fill orders. Is it possible to use the oki toner and drums in this machine or because of the chips they will not work. I purchased a remanufactured cyan toner from ink technologies and when I put it in it said incompatible toner. The chip under the sticker is a little different from the one that was in the lucidiom toner. Is there anyway to get another chip or make it work? Any help would be appreciated.
