Komori Reverse Nip and UV INK

Hi guys,
Im new here and wanted to ask a Komori question. My experience is zero on these presses and im mainly a kba guy. Ive never had any problems of uv ink building on my chromes on a kba but on a komori with the reverse nip it builds after 1000 sheets the chrome starts to take ink. Desensitize and go and then builds again.
Im told the reverse nip is the problem but Im not buying it. Any solutions to this issue?
