Ink Duct motor OVERLOAD

2 nd unit ink duct motor over load message showing the monitor .is rotated motor head by hand very free rotated this motor gear head .but few hour machine running after showing the same message. any guys experience this issue

Hi,
You can check DC Power supply (SMPS) in PQC. Because sometime SPMC output voltage is less than actual rated voted.

Hi sir
Please test the power supply according with his schematic d.
The facts is the Tolerance can be OUT, and there is some Reason(s) causing the problem.
example:+5Vdc must be 5;00-5.04 Not more or 4.99-4.94 Not Less otherwise replace or repair. O.5% OF Tolerance aprox.

Which kind of amplifier connected with this motor? is it nikki denso?

Hi Sir:
If the Ink ductor motor Overload, is sympton the winding internal is Overheating, you must
Repair, lube, exchange, bearing,etc (maintenance +repair).
Touch with his Hand(best tool) if the Motor is really Hot.
