    Hi sir;

    Test this please;

    Check ON-OFF of Relays CR1 To CR4

    Check ON-OFF of Relyas 1C-1.2 TO 4c-1.2

    Check if LED D1 TO d6 of the key interface unit(SP-00860) Lights up respectively

    Check for wiring system connector CNA6+CNA7 for faulty pin contact

    Check for switchs if is o.k or faulty by continuity test at connector or switch terminal

    Check earthing of the wiring system +wiring system for false contacts, and clean with special contacts cleaner.

    Hi sir;

    You have 2 options;

    1) Call to the dealer of Komori in his area UAE.

    2) or some tech or engineer, dedicated to the Field service Engineer.

    When the ink buttons flash, it means that there is a mechanical blockage in the inkwell motors.
    First of all, you have to dismantle the inkwell segments and do the cleaning.
    - remove the dirt and clean the segments well, respecting the order of assembly (there are position numbers engraved on the segments that must be observed)
    - put a little grease when fitting between the segments to avoid contact between them
    Good luck
