Komori gs228

Can any one let me know whether komori gs228 is with alcohol dampening or not. Because i am planning to buy a komori machine with minimum size a4 and maximum size 52 x 72 cm with auto plate fitting and auto plate wash but i don't need alcohol dampening because i don't do that much of quality job and i think alcohol dampening is not cost effective. Please let me know whether komori gs228 fit for my requirement
 
GS 228 is a colorimatic press , it can print with Alcohol or without it - with a non evaporating substitude that is much cheaper
