Komori 2colour 2nd unit continous line coming when printed screen

Sir this is old machine from japan after maintenance and printing registratiin is ok. But when printing screen 80% there is a line in the second unit.please help me to find the aolution

Hello sir. Thank you for your reply. Actually my father is a printing machine mechanic. I am in UAE. Now he is working for komori sprint. He is not using camera phone and I have no photos. He is telling when taking screen from side to side there are lines. Not from tail to head.

 

Am not sir am very younger just trying to start a career for printing press and printing machine mechanic

 

Hi sir:

Normally, when this happen is the ball bearing in the cylinder, to due the normal wear in the ball bearing.

Only the factory, has the tolerance, that they need for to replace, very Important!!

However you must test all adjustment, from Ink Roller, Water, Pressure, and paralelism of cylinder.

If there are ALL o.k proceed with the before indications above

Now the problem solved by my father. He reset all the rollers one by one. Now print is perfect but one problem: ink roller is not automatically off. But he will rectify now. Sir I reached India. I will take photo and send once I finish quarantine

My father worked this machine. Now its ok but one more problem after printing 4 colour the registration going out.

The problem with the registration, can be too many factors, please review this:

1) Lateral guide bad function, oscillators grippers, inferior guide

2) humidity paper, to due recently fabrication .the humidity will be 55-60% to 18-20grades C

3) Printing paper with the Fiber in Reverse direction.

4)Out of register , in the sense of packaging of cylinders,, add or take out according.
