KOMORI 2 color - showing main motor overload

Hi guys

I am having KOMORI 2 color machine , it is showing main motor overload, upon opening the Inverter (TOYODENKI Inverter VFR1s - 7R522) it shows the following error : MPU RAM ERROR....

Please help how to resolve it

Sorry guys... a small mistake in Inverter model no (TOYODENKI Inverter VF61s - 7R522).... pls help

MPU RAM error is usually fatal. But I have seen them successfully reset to factory spec, then Komori spec entered a few times.

Hi! Had this trouble a couple of months back. Sourced manual from ToyoDenki. Fortunately I had a copy of the parameters for the machine. We reset to factory settings the inverter, key in the parameters. Thankfully it's working except for one minor issue with the potentiometer.
