Kodak platemaking problem

Hello brothers
I have a kodak plates machine TST (serial number TT2627).
my problem is when i want to make 4 plates ( for example) i need to put them one by one inside the machine.
And if i want to put them all at the same time, the machine does not work.
I hope that i can find the solution for this problem.
