Hi
We are having as problem on Kodak Achieve T800 CTP. When we run Print Console communication starts and the compressor runs for 2 seconds then communication is lost and "waiting for the output device to communicate to the workstations" message appears on Print Console.
Pls help how to diagnose if it is a power supply or hardware issue

Were you able to resolve this issue? If yes can you share details as i have similar challenge

Try shutting down both the workstation and the plate maker. Then reboot/power on the platemaker. wait several minutes and power on the workstation.
as mentioned above make sure you have a static IP address set on the plate maker, and that it's not randomly drawing IP's .

This sounds silly, but there's not a plate stuck on the drum, OR better yet, a cheater in the door - or the latch simply isn't making proper connection.

Its late reply, but may be it can help. First check your network connection with machine (GMCE). check in network settings of computer. Mostly this is due to no network connection between machine and computer.
