IPF 8400 Print Issue - Pic attached

    Hi all,

    we have a Canon iPF 8400 which normally gives outstanding prints. Today however it started scoring the page near the top and bottom as the paper fed out producing a ladder type effect. (see attached)

    Before we have to call an expensive engineer, anyone got any suggestions please.
