Intro to Direct Mail

Hello All,

In these uncertain times, I'm trying to add things to my business in hopes of keeping it open through the pandemic. I've been looking for information on the process and equipment needed to do direct mailing to see if it is something I can do in house. Is anyone willing to share info on software and equipment needed or insight on whether this is something I can do with what I have on hand. I'm mainly thinking postcards. I have no knowledge of the process and cant seem to find any info online. I know I can print and I know I need to drop off at the post office. I'm just trying to fill in the blanks. I did a search here and didn't see anything. Hoping for better luck by asking...
