installing OHCF Xerox 700 Press help

Hi All,
I have just bought used xerox 700 press with Oversized High Capacity Feeder, and already installed. but i got problem when print 210 - 260gsm from tray 6 and 7. paper always get jam. while print from tray 5 (bypass) thats all fine. i have already enable OHCF from the printer properties driver, also made setting from the machine (UI) paper tray setting etc. but problem still persist.
Should it change the NVM ? is there anyone know what NVM should be changed since i have no PWS as my guidance.

Where is the paper jamming exactly in the OHCF? Is the paper being picked up at all?

Does lighter weight stock or different sheet size print from trays 6 and 7?

The paper stuck between OHCF and Machine, yes its being picked up already.
it's happent same sheet size but different weight.
On 120 - 160gsm SRA3 thats fine, but 200 -260gsm got problem from OHCF. Tray 5 bypass just fine for all weight paper.

please anyone here if have clue for standart installing OHCF on XEROX 700 Press would be appreciate, i have read from service manual on C75/J75 Press the NVM Value should be changed, but it 's not compatible with 700 press it self, meanwhile i have no PWS or edoc for guiding me.

Is the paper weight setting correctly on the machine as heavy 2 or coated 2 for the heavy stocks?

No i dont know exactly, original or not

yes the machine and the server shows the OHCF,
paper weight setting correct the server follow on machine setting, so far the problem is only for 210gsm up.

Hi all,
sory for late reply. my problem finally solved, 210gsm up can printed from OHCF. the problem is so simple, its from skew, i haven't make it ON before.
now i am still thinking about glossy print. it works on for 110 - 210gsm, but 260 - 300gsm get mate. i have already enable glossy for uncoated paper from NVM. i still have no clue, maybe evryone here have experiances with same machine.
