Ink Volume setter problem for Ryobi 3304HA

    Hi all,

    I have a problem connecting my Mac to the Ink Volume computer on PC.
    Every time I send a job, it shows 'looking for printer' and 'the printer is not connected'

    Ping shows good response time.

    It was running fine before I start working in this print shop.

    Adding a new printer doesn't work either.
    Tried two different kind of methods :
    - IP address, shows :
    it can not be currently determined if ‘192.168.1.132’ supports the Internet Printing Protocol. Would you still like to create the queue?
    Ignoring this warning message doesn't solve the problem.
    It did create a new printer but it will goes back to 'looking for printer' and 'the printer is not connected'

    -Windows, it always asks for password.
    I keyed the correct password (exactly the same as PC user password), Mac rejects it.
    I cleared the password on the PC, same thing.
    create new username with and without password, same thing.

    I did zap PRAM
    rebuild permission
    doesn't solve the problem.

    Anyone can help ?

    Mac OS X 10.7.5

    Win NT 4.0 on 386 processor (yes, approx 20 yrs old)
