Ink "fireworks" question...help needed!

    14pt digital paper in Nexpress. the "fireworks" on the Red area happened on 14 pt for some sheets.

    Now on 11 pt, it does it on almost every sheet.

    On the trials it did not do this at all on 11pt--MAYBE RANDOM STATIC CHARGE??
    The room is humidity and temp controlled pressroom-paper was there for 3 days

    has this happened to any of you before? Any cures?
