Iijima Die Cut 1979 vs Asahi Simon Carton Master 1987

I have checked out 2 machines.

I - Asahi Simon Carton Master - 1987 Model - Price - INR - 17,00,000/- Conditions looks new.

II - Iijima Die Cut - Serail Number - RUO 001 - 30 - 154 (if anyone can please find out the year of manufacture and mention the method of arriving at the year of manufacture). This machine does not look new. Looks pretty old with lots of patches but runs smoothly.

Can anyone please compare the features of both the machines and let me know which one would be the better option to go considering the features. Which of the 2 would have better features ?
